Paloma Family Farms is a family-run farm dedicated to delivering honest and wholesome products, including homegrown beef, homegrown poultry, seasonal produce, and farm-fresh eggs. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer care and strive to ensure you have a great experience with our farm.

Reserving Out-of-Stock Items:

Waitlist Deposit:
- To reserve an out-of-stock item, a non-refundable deposit is required. For whole chickens, a 25% deposit of the total price is required, while for whole beef, a 10% deposit of the total price is required.
- The deposit secures your place on the waitlist and guarantees product availability for delivery in Spring 2025 for chickens and December 2024 for beef.
Guarantee and Refund Policy:
- We guarantee the delivery of your reserved item by dates specified. If Paloma Family Farms is unable to fulfill your order, we will refund your deposit in full.
- The deposit is non-refundable unless we cannot deliver the product as promised.
Final Payment:
- The remaining balance of the order is due upon delivery of the reserved item. Payment instructions will be provided closer to the delivery date.
