• Short Ribs (3-5 per package):
These meaty, bone-in short ribs are perfect for slow-cooking, braising, or smoking. With rich marbling, they become incredibly tender when cooked low and slow, absorbing flavors from marinades and sauces. Cook until the meat falls off the bone for a melt-in-your-mouth experience.
• Eye of Round Roast (approximately 3-4 pounds per roast):
A lean and flavorful roast, the eye of round is ideal for roasting or slow-cooking. To maximize tenderness, cook it low and slow or use it for thin-sliced roast beef sandwiches. Best served medium-rare and sliced thinly against the grain.
• Tri-Tip (approximately 1.5-2 pounds per tip):
The tri-tip is a versatile, flavorful cut perfect for grilling or roasting. It has a great balance of tenderness and marbling. Marinate, then grill over medium-high heat, searing each side before finishing at a lower temperature. Slice against the grain to reveal juicy, tender pieces.
• Lean Ground Beef (5 x 1-pound packages):
Our lean ground beef offers versatility and flavor without excess fat. Perfect for a wide range of dishes like chili, casseroles, or meat sauces, it cooks up juicy and flavorful. Cook over medium-high heat, breaking it apart until browned for the best texture.
